FROZEN DRINK MACHINES - FAQS
HOW MANY DRINKS SHOULD I EXPECT?
The single flavor machine yields 650 ounces for a full load. That’s about 93 seven ounce cups(we bring 7 oz cups at no charge). The 2-Bowl machine yields 800 ounces between the 2 sides(400 ounces per side). That’s about 115 seven ounce cups after a full load.
DO YOU BRING THE LIQUOR?
No. We do not supply the alcohol beverages per state law. Our mixes are concentrates that contain no liquor. We are able to handle the alcohol at an event once it is provided by the customer, however, i.e. loading the machine, if necessary.
DO YOU BRING ADDITIONAL MIXES?
Yes. But you only pay for them if you open them. They are $20 if used. If unused, you simply return them at no charge. If the customer asks for an exorbitant number of backup mixes, they may be asked to pay for a base number of backup mixes.
CAN I USE MY OWN MARGARITA MIX/RECIPES?
Unlike most companies, it can be allowed, but we cannot at that point guarantee the mix will freeze. We can advise customer on proper proportions, however, but the customer assumes the risk if the drinks do not freeze. We strongly advise using our mix, which is made exclusively for frozen drink machines.
DO YOU BRING CUPS?
Yes. 100- 7ounce cups are available with a rental at no additional charge.
DO YOUR MACHINES WORK INSIDE AND OUTSIDE?

A minimum 15 amp circuit(common in homes and businesses). Machine should usually be only item on given circuit so it doesn’t have to compete for electricity. Please plan on having machine close to outlet for optimum performance.
STAIRS, DECKS, CLOSE QUARTERS?
Please let us know if there are especially steep inclines, unusually large number of stairs, and any extraordinary circumstances that hinder placement of equipment. All of our machines weigh well over 100 pounds, and this helps us prepare a strategy(with you) in placing the equipment.
